First time I've used this company

First time I've used this company. So easy and professional. The new AMP lenses I ordered for my old Raybans are perfect, exceptional clarity and fantastic depth of colour, so vibrant.There was a small item missing from my delivery, but within a few hours of my email to them they had replied, and issued a refund, which considering I'm 3000 miles from Florida, is fantastic. I will be using Fuse again.

This company is great. I ordered the wrong lenses and without question they sent me the right ones. The quality of the lenses are great and you can't beat the price

New lenses for Oakley Halfwire 2.0

I have used replacement lenses from other "recomended" companies, and "Optique's" (often costing significantly more than the original". All claimed to have quality "just as good" as what came on the glasses, only to find they werent. This was my first time ordering Fuse Lenses, and I am truly impressed. The quality is genuinely the best I have seen! Customer service made sure I ordered the correct lenses for my glasses, and was exceptionally helpful with all my questions. shipping was fast, and my order arrived within 5 days of me placing my order. 12/10!!

Mirrored finish is crap

First day on the beach - and I cleaned my mirrored lenses (second set since the first set had same problem) and the mirror coating washed right off. I started with clean water then used a mild soap that I first diluted. These are cheapo plastic and the mirror coating is crap. Fuse offered me a 10% discount on replacements. Wow - nice effort…. I’d strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I am DONE with Fuse lenses!

Terrible customer Service- no follow-up

I ordered lenses in March. I had to call and ask where the prepaid box I paid for was. I received an apology and assurance that all haste would be given my order. It wasn't. When I received my order the lenses held no prescription. I called to say I couldn't place blame but I had filled out the Rx and PD info, so I'm not sure- maybe timed out? I got email from zach telling me to email my RX. I did immediately. I expected I hear back when they crunched the numbers. They emailed and asked for the Rx again. I sent it giving my phone and email so they could confirm cost. Never heard back. Twice more I nudged them... all I got were ads. I didn't expect them to give me anything free- I did ask if they would consider the cost of the unusable pair they sent in pricing the replacement lenses. Never a reply. So I cannot recommend FUSE- there are more efficiently places online to order from.

New life into old Maui Jims

I rediscovered an old pair of Maui Jim’s (MJ255) that had had the inner surface of the lenses scratched by the legs of the sunglasses when folded. Bad design!
MJ we’re quoting over $100 plus additional fees for ‘processing’ for a repair. I thought I’d look around and found Fuse and found a good selection of lenses for the MJs that I could fit myself. I ordered 2 ‘high-end’ pairs to the U.K. (around $40 each pair) and they arrived within 10 days. Fuse explained how easy it to change the lenses with a video and it was very easy IRL. The lenses look good, work well and come with a little case for the spare pair as well as a cleaning cloth bag. The spare cloth bag now sits over the end of the leg which was rubbing the lens so hopefully no need to replace again

I ordered the wrong lenses

I ordered the wrong lenses. They quickly helped me identify the right lenses and sent me the correct ones. I did not have to wait for them to receive the lenses before sending me the correct ones. On top of that, I did not receive the replacement but received a confirmation that it was delivered. They quickly again sent me a second replacement. They fit perfectly. Thank you so much for the excellent service provided by Kayla.

As good as it gets !

As good as it gets !
I ordered the wrong size re[placement lenses. I reached out to Fuze via email. They answered within an hour, confirmed the correct size and offered to replace them.
They then shipped the replacement lenses before even had chance to ship the wrong ones back - they have arrived and fit perfectly.
All this at no additional cost to me.
This service sets a benchmark that others should aspire to.

They took my money, I still have no lenses.

They confirmed my order and yanked money out of my account 2 weeks ago and all I have to show for it is an IOU from them today, 2 weeks later, claiming that they are still working on custom cutting my one pair of non-prescription lenses. Oh and "We expect your lenses to be shipped out in the next week". Are you kidding me with this? I'm totally dissatisified with this company and this process. Very frustrating.
